भिन्नेभकुम्भगलदुज्ज्वलशोणिताक्त,
मुक्ताफलप्रकरभूषितभूमिभागः ।
बद्धक्रमः क्रमगतं हरिणाधिपोय्पी ,
नाक्रामति क्रमयुगांचलसंश्रितम ते ।

Śalōka 39 Bhinnēbhakumbhagaladujjvalaśō ṇ itākta, Muktāphalaprakarabhū ṣ itabhūmibhāga ḥ . Bad'dhakrama ḥ kramagata ṁ hari ṇ ādhipōypī, Nākrāmati kramayugān̄calasanśritama tē.
************** भावार्थ **************
जिस बलिष्ठ सिंह ने, मंदोन्मत्त बड़े बड़े विशालकाय हस्तियों के उन्नत गण्डस्थलों को, अपने नुकीले नाखूने से क्षत-विक्षत कर के उनसे निकलने वाले रुधिर से आने गज मुक्ताओं को बिखेर कर अव्नीतल को अलंकृत कर दिया हो और अपने शिकार पर छलांग भरकर आक्रमण करने के लिए उद्यत इसे दहाड़ते हुए खूंखार सिंह के पंजों के बीच पड़े हुए आपके परम भक्तों पर वह वार नेहं कर सकता।अर्थात हिंसक मृगपति आपके भक्त के समक्ष अपनी नैसंगिक क्रूरता को भी छोड़ देता है।
**************Meaning 39**************
Even the lion, which has decorated a part of the earth with the collection of pearls besmeared with bright blood flowing from the pierced heads of the elephants though ready to pounce, does not attack the traveler who has resorted to the mountain of thy feet.
The lion (king of the beasts) who has adorned the ground by (scattering) lot of white pearls, which being covered with blood have fallen down from the rent temples of an elephant and has assumed a posture for assailing cannot attack upon men, even fallen in his clutches after their having taken refused under your mountain like feet.
